We are situated in the beautiful 'horse paradise' at Strömsholm, in the mid-eastern part of Sweden.
Our ambition is to be the country's foremost animal hospital providing the hest care for our cases under the supervision of specialists in their fields.

Further information
- Hästsjukhuset Strömsholm was founded in 1964 and is owned by a foundation Regiondjursjukhuset Strömsholm who is committed to the provision of high quality veterinary care in the region.
- Currently 12 veterinarians and 20 assistants (nurses) and 6 ferriers are employed the hospital.
- The Equine Hospital is open 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
- In 2009 we saw over 7000 appointments.
- The extensive renovation of the surgical facilities was completed in May 2005.
- The official opening of the new out-patient clinic took place in May 2004.
